You can wear any colors you want for your photos shoot, black or white is fine, but I recommend bright and vivid colors for the best result. Props are welcome. Please do not bring small children to your shoot as they are distracting.

Outfit changes are determined by the number of “looks” in your package. Your first look is the first outfit that you take photos in. Any additional looks may mean an additional charge depending on your package.

The package price includes one subject or person. Any additional people in your photo-shoot will mean an additional charge of $25 per additional person. This price covers the additional time I will spend editing additional subjects. I do not shoot children unless previously discussed.

No, Artist Media Complete does not do makeup, hair or styling, but we work with several talented MUHs (Makeup Artists) and/or Stylists that do awesome work. Please let us know if you need a makeup artist and/or stylist to work with for your shoot.

No, photo packages are intended for human subjects only; however you can request a quote for a commercial photo shoot by sending an email to quotes@amcomplete.com

The photo shoot will take place at an outside location of your choice within the Portland Metro area or I can choose a place for you based upon the style of the shoot if you are not sure where you want to shoot. You can request an indoor shoot with a 15 day advance notice and an additional studio booking and setup charge. This charge will be depending on the amount of time needed for the shoot.

Most shoots take place in several spots in one location; however, there are occasions where we will change locations during your shoot. Anything within the close vicinity (walking distance) of the originating place is considered the same location. Additional locations may mean an additional charge depending on your package.  There is an additional charge for out of state or interstate travel that is 25 miles or more outside of the Portland Metro Area. If you require me to travel more than 25 miles outside of the Portland Metro area for a shoot, email me for a quote quotes@amcomplete.com

 

No, you will not receive every photo taken at your shoot. I guarantee that you will receive the number of photos included with your package. Only the best photos will be included in your package. Photos are selected by me based upon the following criteria…

 1.     Lighting

 2.    Clarity

 3.     Pose

 4.     Facial Expression

 

No, there is no additional charge for editing. Most photographers will charge for your photo shoot and then charge you an additional charge to have your photos edited. Editing is included in all Artist Media Complete photo packages.

The turnaround time for photos is usually two weeks or less depending on the number of photos in your package, number of subjects, etc.

There are no refunds; however, I will do my best to rectify the problem by either fixing the specific problem with your photo or offering additional photos. I am very careful in the selection process to select photos that are the most flattering and best quality technically.   You will need to send me an email and be very specific about the problem. In order for me to offer additional photos, it must be a problem on my end for example an issue with lighting. Not because you don’t like your hair or makeup, pose or facial expression. contact@amcomplete.com  

If you need to cancel your appointment, I would appreciate the most notice possible of the cancellation. You can notify me via email contact@amcomplete.com. If you cancel your money will be refunded except for a $75 cancellation fee.  

Payment is due in full prior to your photo shoot.

You can request to make payment in two installments (for projects over $600). If you would like to make payment in two installments, request must be made via email before the start of the project via billing@amcomplete.com.  Once approved, you will receive an invoice with two installment payments. The invoice will have two “Pay Now” links/buttons on it for the two installments. The first installment is due prior to shoot date. The second installment will be due prior to photo delivery.  There are no refunds.

We currently accept all major credit cards or bank transfer payments via our payment processor PayPal. PayPal is a secure and convenient way to make payment via the internet. There is a small fee associated with making payment via PayPal (2.9% + .30). We can also accept cash or credit/debit card in person for local payments (Portland Oregon). Just contact us via email at billing@amcomplete.com if you would like to pay cash in or credit/debit in person.

In most cases you will receive your photos via email. You will receive an email with a link to download your photos. A CD can be mailed to you by request for an additional $5

Your photos will be delivered to you in a high quality, high resolution print-ready JPG format. If for some reason you need them in another format other than JPG, just send a request via email to photography@amcomplete.com

Artist Media Complete does not do photo printing; however, we can refer you to quality photo printing services by request.

Artist Media Complete is not responsible for printing errors caused by third party printers.

Your initial consultation is free of charge. Be prepared to go over information about the type of website you want designed such as the functions you want website visitors to be able to perform on your website. The more information given, the better understanding your Artist Media Complete designer will have of your website needs.  

Please see web design pricing options at http://www.amcomplete.com/webdesign pricing may vary based upon whether or not your website needs any specific third-party programming scripts to run your specialty website. For example a website for hotel reservations will need specific third-party programming for the end user to make reservations. There are added costs associated with specialty third-party programming scripts.

Yes, you will have a say in the overall look and feel of your website and will be consulted throughout the process. After you submit payment you will receive a web design questionnaire which will ask you about your design preferences such as color and overall look and feel. Some of your design choices may have to be customized in order to be used for mobile.

It is the responsibility of Artist Media Complete designers to design the structure of the website including layout, navigation, and any of the optional features the client has opted for that are listed on the included website features page. It is the client’s responsibility to provide content for each page of the website such as images, text, music, photos, video or logos.

No, a logo is not included in the price of the website. If no official company or artist logo is provided a simple text logo will be designed free of charge for the head of the website. It is our goal to have your website completed within a 30-day turnaround time. Very large or some specialty websites may take longer. You will be given an approximate turnaround time during your initial consultation.

You will have 30 days to provide all content necessary for your website to be completed or the website will be considered complete. You are advised to be fully prepared with your content prior to the start of the project because you may run into issues providing the content needed in the allotted amount of time such as waiting to receive photos from a photographer, etc. If all content is not received within 30 days of project start, your website will be uploaded to your hosting server as is and will require additional payment for it to be completed at a later date.

Some websites designed by Artist Media Complete have a back-end user interface which allows the client to perform their own basic updates such as text changes on pages, new image uploads, blogging, etc. However; if you prefer to have minor website updates or more extensive changes, backups, upgrades and/or updates done professionally by Artist Media Complete, you can purchase an affordable website update plan from the website maintenance page or have updates done on an as-needed basis at the rate of $60 per hour with a one hour minimum. Certain third-party scripts used to create the functionality of your website may over time expire or require upgrades. These third party upgrades are not included in your maintenance plan or in the cost of as-needed upgrades. We provide quality print-ready graphic design services such as design of logos,   flyers and posters, business cards, brochures and booklets and CD artwork.

No, we specialize in graphic design only, we do not handle printing; however, if needed, we can help you arrange printing via a reliable third-party printing company at an additional cost. Artist Media Complete is not responsible for printing errors caused by third party printers.

Yes, you will have a say in the overall look of your project and will be consulted throughout the process. After you submit payment you will receive a design questionnaire which will ask you about your design preferences such as color and overall look and feel. If you have design ideas, you will state them on the questionnaire. We will try to design as close to your vision as possible. If you choose to give Artist Media Complete full design control, state this on your questionnaire. Some projects will only allow a certain number of changes or design mockups.

Your Artist Media Complete designer may create several design mockups during the design process. You are only allowed to publicly share and/or use your final design choice. All other design mockups remain the property of Artist Media Complete.

Graphic design projects that are to be used for print are high resolution and require high resolution (Large) images.  Images used for print must be at least 300 DPI. Please ask for specific dimensions for your project because they vary from project to project. Projects that are to be used for web do not have to be high resolution, but should be clear and good quality for the best result. Images taken using a camera phone are compressed and most likely will not work. If not sure about your images, send them to contact@amcomplete.com for review prior to project start.  

It is our goal to get your project completed as quickly as possible. Larger projects with multiple items take longer. See turnaround times on the services page at http://www.amcomplete.com/services/graphic-design

The sooner we have everything that is needed for your project, the faster the turn-around time will be. We recommend gathering any images you would like us to use for your project prior to committing to start your project.

If you do not have any custom images you would like to use for a project but still need the project to be done, we have access to royalty free images and/or stock photography that can be used for projects. Just let us know of your desire to use royalty free stock images rather than custom images.   

 

Once your project is finished, you will either receive smaller projects via a zip file via email or a link to where you can download larger projects that are too large to send via email.

Once final payment is received you own the rights to all work that you have paid for and agreed to accept. Additional design mockups and/or ideas that were shared with you during the design process remain the property of Artist Media Complete. We reserve the right to display or use any work for promotional reasons.

We refuse to do any project that is harmful, adult, unlawful, or hate based in nature.
